This inquiry is emailed directly to the Sender email configured in Shopify under Settings → Notifications. It includes the selected puppy, listed price and buyer contact information.

One standard advertisement is free for 30 days and reviewed before publication. Paid promotion is optional. Paste a share link to your photos; Pawling can request originals after review.

Pawling provides advertising, inquiry and eligible Protected Pay tools. Buyers and independent sellers remain responsible for verification, agreements, animal welfare and legal compliance.
No. Independent sellers list and place the puppies. Pawling may facilitate payment for an eligible approved transaction under Protected Pay terms, but the seller remains responsible for the puppy, listing, records, agreement, pickup and transport.
No. Featured placement is advertising visibility only. Verification, when offered, must be shown as a separate status with its own review standards.
See the exact puppy live or in person, confirm seller identity and location, review veterinary and parent records, read the placement and Protected Pay terms, understand refund and pickup-confirmation rules, and confirm every amount inside the secure transaction before paying.
This launch version asks sellers to paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud or similar share link. A dedicated upload form can be connected later through Jotform or another form app.
The business submits the claim form. Pawling can compare the request with the official website or public contact information before marking the listing claimed.
On an eligible approved listing, the buyer sees the seller's puppy price, Pawling's transaction fee and the complete total before checkout. The seller receives the agreed puppy price under the written deposit, balance, pickup-confirmation, release, refund and dispute terms. Until secure checkout is activated, the button sends a Protected Pay invitation request instead of collecting money.
The buyer pays a clearly displayed 7.5% Pawling transaction fee in addition to the agreed puppy price. The seller receives the full agreed puppy price. Pawling's gross fee is reduced by processing, Connect, refund, dispute and operating costs.
